Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Growth Marketing role is finding leverage across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization through disciplined experiments and guardrails. I am motivated by growth work that compounds a real product advantage rather than manufacturing a short-lived metric spike.
I completed this work during a supervised Growth Marketing Intern placement. Under supervision, I specified experiment eligibility and a primary metric before launch, checked allocation and event loss, and reported the confidence interval and guardrail metrics with the result.
Within that same supervised placement, I limit my claim to the assigned work. Under supervision, I built an acquisition and activation experiment with separate new-customer segments, a recorded conversion window and a holdout group. I used SQL analysis to distinguish first use from repeat value before expanding spend.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the decisions and delivery I owned, and how I could apply that experience in this role.
Sincerely,
J. Lee
