Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Product Manager role is turning customer problems and business constraints into prioritized product decisions, explicit trade-offs, and testable outcomes. I am motivated by product work that makes the reason for a decision as visible as the roadmap item itself.
I performed this work as Product Manager. I used customer discovery and funnel analytics to define a mobile product strategy, translating failed account-setup steps into a roadmap with measurable OKRs rather than a list of requested features.
In that same role, I also owned the following work. I ran an agile release review with design, engineering, and risk management, agreeing acceptance criteria for identity checks and recovery paths. I held rollout when a failure mode lacked an owner.
