Dear hiring team,

I understand that the central requirement for this IT Support role is restoring user productivity through endpoint, account, access, software, and network diagnosis with clear service records. I want to make support feel dependable by resolving the immediate issue and leaving a clearer path for the next person.

I completed this work as Junior IT Support Specialist with senior review. With a senior colleague reviewing the change, I provided desktop support for sign-in, device enrollment, and peripheral failures. I used structured troubleshooting to separate user-profile, network, and hardware causes before replacing equipment.

Within that same senior-reviewed scope, I limit my claim to the assigned work. Within an assigned workstream, I prepared escalations for vendors with asset details, reproduction steps, and tests already completed. I tracked the response back to the support ticket and confirmed the fix with the employee.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the decisions and delivery I owned, and how I could apply that experience in this role.

Sincerely,

J. Lee
