How to use Work History

Record what you did, how you did it, what changed, and which source supports the account. Keep it concrete enough to reuse later.

Select relevant records as evidence for a resume, application answer, or interview story, and adapt the wording to that context.

Create reusable career evidence from files, GitHub, Notion, calendar activity, or a completed AI-agent task.

Capture work before details disappear

Store reusable evidence, then verify it before using it in an application.

Prepare: Gather a work artifact or note you are permitted to retain, plus the context needed to understand your contribution.
Work: Open Work History and add the source through an available input or supported connection.
Review: Edit the record to separate your action from the team result and attach an observable outcome.

Success check: The record identifies source, scope, action, and evidence well enough to reuse later.
If it does not work: If a connection or import is incomplete, keep the original, record the missing context manually, and do not infer facts the source does not show.
